Falun Dafa Exercise Tutorial

The live, interactive online tutorial is designed to deepen and refine the Falun Dafa exercise movements you have already learned.

If you are new to the practice, please begin with an introductory online class. You can register at LearnFalunDafa.org. The free classes are offered on Wednesdays and Sundays.

Please note that this interactive session requires your webcam to be turned on. Without a webcam, or if you choose not to use it, the instructor will not be able to observe your movements or provide guidance.
